Introduction to Rotary Dryer:
Our rotary dryers are optimized on the basis of regular rotary
dryers, making it more efficient to deal with high moisture and
sticky materials. the dryer was designed with higher
Diameter/Length ratio, unique flight distribution &shape and
effective internal breaking mechanism.
Structure and Working Principle of Rotary Dryer:
Rotary dryer can reduce the water content (70% -80%) to safe
storage state(water content 13%). The whole process happens in a
closed system, thereby reducing pollution of the environment the
environment. Equipment mainly composed of screw dewatering machine,
hot air stove, feeder, feeding machine, rotary drum, discharging
machine, material crushing unit, fan, discharge and power cabinet;
after dehydration, the wet material entered the drying machine,
both in the drum cloth turning device copy board, the material
dispersed in the dryer full contact with the hot air to speed up
the drying heat and mass transfer . During the drying process, with
a gradient of copy material in the hot plate and under the effect
of temperament, to another section of the dryer exhaust discharge
valve star products.
Features of Drying Machine:
1. Compared to single cylinder sand dryer, the machine length
shortens 60%, in favour of process arrangement. Reduces workshop
covered area, reduced the project investment by 40%. Occupation
area: about 20m2.
2. Adopted latest technology, cylinder self insulation, thermal
efficiency is as high as 80% (single cylinder small dryer is only
35 percent), thermal efficiency than single cylinder drying saves
coal 68%, yields 100%.
3. Heat-resisting wear-resisting alloy steel plate, four times than
ordinary steel wear-resisting. Long service life and easy
maintenance.
4. High thermal efficiency, outside shell temperature below 60 ℃
(single cylinder silica sand dryer outside shell temperature as
high as 150 ℃), output of low temperature, discharging temperature
below 60 ℃.
5. Output of low temperature, be helpful for dust collector to use
a long time, can be directly supporting air tank pulse bag filter.
6. Construction investment reduces 50%, power consumption reduces
60%.
7. Adopts roller rotation, no need reducer.
8. Hot air stove can support fluidezed bed, spray stove, hands
burned furnace, also used in fuel and gas type, can bake the below
20 mm pieces of materials, aggregates, powder material.
9. After drying the moisture content of materials is at 1-0.5% and
below, which can meet different industrial requirement.
