Precautions when installing dry mortar equipment on site:
1. The dry mortar equipment should be prepared with the raw
materials required during the installation process and all the
tools and wrenches used in the installation process. |
2. Before installation of dry mortar equipment, clean up the
debris, dirt and accumulated water on the site of the installation
workshop of dry mortar. |
3. Whether the slinged mortar equipment has a boom, the hoisting
process needs to be hoisted with cloth or wire rope, and the weight
of the equipment should be in mind to ensure that the hoisting
process is foolproof. Or use a large forklift to load and unload. |
4. Check the environment of the hoisting site. The height of the
hoisting height should be 2 meters above the height of the dry
mortar equipment. The position of the crane is placed, and the boom
rotation is obstructed. The weight of the dry mortar equipment and
the telescopic height of the boom should be timely with the crane.

5. The hoisting equipment must be hoisted and installed by the
professional of the dry mortar equipment manufacturer. When lifting
heavy equipment, it should be operated by lifting personnel with
rich installation and high level of lifting technology. |
