What is jaw crusher?
Jaw crusher is a kind of heavy duty machine which can crush
materials into even granularity.

strength is not more than 320 MPa.
Application of Concrete Jaw Crusher:

medium or small particle size.
Working Principle of Concrete Jaw Crusher:
The whole crushing process rely on the relative motion of the two
jaw plates.
One of the jaw plates stay still while the other move against it.
And with the movement, the materials between the two plates would
be crushed into small elements.
While the plates move against each other, the materials would be
crushed and while plates move away from each other, the broken
materials which are smaller enough would drop through the
discharging opening.
And due to the simple structure, jaw crusher is easy to maintain
and repair. These features promote its popularity to a great
extant.
Features of Jaw Crusher:
1. Symmetrical deep crushing chamber is adopted to maximize range
of feed size, capacity and crushing ratio.
2. Three-dimensional software is adopted to optimize crusher
parameters and parameter proportion, and reduce equipment
self-weight, so capacity is increased more than 30%.
3. Bearing seat is designed integrally, so manufacturing difficulty
is greatly reduced, and bearing life is increased.
4. There is a thick replaceable plate on the top of moving jaw to
prevent moving jaw from being impacted.
5. Wedge is adopted to replace traditional gasket, so the
adjustment is much easier and more reliable. Discharging size can
be adjusted into any size of the adjustment range.
