Working Principles:
1. While the speed of the motor is adjusted steplessly by the
inverter, the flow rate of the material in the feeding tube is
adjusted by the air flow. The whole process is completed by a
microcomputer.
2. The specific method is that in the initial stage of material
filling, high-speed running impellers or spiral blades feed the
material into the filling port, the thrust formed and the
compressed air set in the filling tube help the material to quickly
flow into the packaging bag;
3. The material is filled to the required weight, and the motor
starts to decelerate, until the required packing weight is reached,
the flow pressure is gradually reduced, and the cross section of
the canned tube is gradually reduced under the action of the
cylinder until the accurate weighing is completely closed.
